  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for items that are in perfect condition, sale items, or custom orders.
  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products are also non-returnable.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

  • Once we approve your return, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item unless it was defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
